This experienced mechanic will work across our specialized airframe teams, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying aircraft components. Additionally, they will perform engine removal and reinstallation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs.\nWhat You'll Do:\nInspect engine modules and engine components.\nWork independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.\nIdentifying the status of the engine component and determine if any outstanding modification or airworthiness directive need to be incorporated.\nDe-stack/disassemble engine components and/or accessories.\nRecord and take measurements while dismantling, document with pictures as required.\nPrepare parts to get cleaned and repaired, clean, inspect, repair parts and balance as required.\nRoute repairable parts to appropriate area and place orders as required.\nAssemble engine components and/or assemblies.\nFinal release process - checking product for compliance.\nReads technical specifications to identify product discrepancies and deficiencies.\nComplete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy.\nClosely adhere to all company safety, FAA, and any other regulations, as applicable.\nPosition Requirements:\nMust be authorized to work in the US.\nMinimum of 1 year aviation experience on Learjet, Hawker, Falcon, Challenger, and/or Embraer.\nA current/valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License is required.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize and plan work activities in an organized manner.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average workday.\nPreferred Characteristics:\nPrior experience in Business Aviation and/or an MRO environment. \nSalary: $28.01 - 42.02\nThe compensation package for this position also includes a performance-based cash and equity incentives.
