Work with your team to implement the right processes and practices across our organization to help ensure flight and product efficiency.\nAs a Bench Operator (Blender) you’ll set up and operate a variety of hand tools such as hammers, files, dremel's, drills, presses, pedestal grinders and belt grinders, low temperature ovens and hand grinders to perform various operations such as blending, blasting & stripping, chasing threads, deburring, angle checking, coldworking metals, masking.\n**Entry level position, no experience needed.
