inspections and job hazard analyses at active electrical construction sites\nHelp ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company safety policies\nCollect, track, and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement\nSupport incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning\nParticipate in the review and preparation of Job Safety Plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Inspection Reports\nAssist in the development and delivery of employee safety training and toolbox talks\nReview and maintain environmental compliance records, such as hazardous material handling and waste disposal documentation\nContribute to a Continued Improvement project aimed at improving safety or environmental processes, culminating in a presentation to company leaders\nUpdating records in the Environmental Health & Safety database\nPosition Requirements:\nWe’re looking for students who have shown solid academic performance \nExceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations.\nExceptional communication skills. \nEnrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation on or before August 2027\nAbility to work full-time or part-time during Fall/Winter of 2026 and full-time during Summer 2027.\nDesired Majors: Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or Environmental Science\nISO45001 experience preferred but not required.\nMust be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.\nStrong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research, or previous internships.\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S.\nPreferred
