Behavioural Competencies;\nAdherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.\nCompetencies:\nCore\nEssential:\nTeam worker that has the ability to fully interact with other team members;\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal.\nDesirable:\nAbility to provide advice as a subject matter expert.\nFunctional:\nEssential:\nFull compliance and understanding of Quality Management System;\nActively participate in continuous improvement activities.\nOrganisational Relationships:\nReports directly to the Front Line Manager.\nProfessional Qualifications/Education and Training:\nEssential:\nRecognised indentured apprenticeship or military equivalent.\nHuman Factors.\nExperience of working with forming parts from raw materials\nDesirable;\nSuitable engineering qualification, preferably in an aviation area but not essential\nFamiliar with Military MRP 145 and associated Regulatory Articles (RA’s).\nExperience:\nPrevious experience within would be an
