This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field to apply their academic knowledge to real-world scenarios.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nFinancial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses, including budget-versus-actual comparisons, cost forecasting, and trend analysis.\nCost Management: Support the tracking and analysis of expenses, including labor, materials, and overhead. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.\nData Management: Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for expense tracking, invoicing, and purchase orders.\nBudget Assistance: Help prepare budgets and forecasts, providing support during month-end and quarter-end closing activities.\nInvoice Processing: Assist in reviewing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate cost allocation.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to understand key cost drivers and improve financial reporting accuracy.\nDocumentation and Reporting: Prepare financial documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders, including summaries of key financial metrics.\nBasic Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
