Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.\nAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.\nWhat you'll do:\nIdentify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as aviation mechanics and machinists.\nProvide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals.\nDevelop trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand departmental goals, workforce challenges, and talent needs.\n\nManage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\nConduct thorough technical prescreening\nLeverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidate\nProvide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process\nNegotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent\nBasic Qualifications:\n5 years of talent acquisition experience\nThis position requires access to export-controlled information. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must qualify as a U.S. Citizen under applicable U.S. export control laws. \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nAbility to work onsite at our Cincinnati facility \nDesired Skills:\nBachelors degree\nCorporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.\nExperience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow.
