The role is primarily user-support and MS SQL driven - resolving user issues, implementing and supporting business applications, writing and modifying stored procedures and SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and coordinating with third-party support vendors and the original developer for deeper changes. Job Responsibilities: A. User Support (Primary role) Act as the first internal point of contact for all DataNote, stERP and Tally user issues across all sites.
