Do\nSupport revenue growth by increasing sales and market share through technical expertise, customer engagement, and opportunity identification.\nDrive strategic growth initiatives within the sensor product line.\nDevelop new customers and products and identify new market opportunities for Standex Electronics competencies.\nFacilitate the technical exchange between the customer and Standex engineering teams.\nProvide technical sales support, opportunity qualification, Voice-of-Customer feedback, CRM updates, and customer visit reports.\nSupport product customization and integration, troubleshooting, technical documentation, application notes, user manuals, and pre- and post-sales support.\nIdentify and solve technical concerns for new business opportunities in the field.\nUnderstand and promote key technical capabilities of Standex Electronics to support customer engagement and drive strategic growth.\nLead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management.\nManage project timelines, technical deliverables, and customer commitments to support application milestones.\nFacilitate collaboration across sites and functions to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed.\nParticipate in technical sales presentations, customer meetings, trainings, and product/application discussions with new and existing customers.\nProvide input toward new products and new markets to support long-term growth.\nSupport KPI-driven performance measures, including funnel value, lead qualification metrics, RFQ turnaround time, quote hit rate, bookings, and margin performance.\nPromote a positive image of Standex Electronics to customers and the industry in the region.\nProvide leadership to constantly improve Standex Electronics customer-based cultures.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBS degree, or equivalent, in a technical-related discipline.\n8+ years in a Field Application Engineer, Applications Engineer, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical role.\nExperience supporting sensor-related applications.\nSenior-level ability to work independently, manage complex customer engagements, and coordinate cross-functional activity.\nStrong understanding of electrical schematics, circuits, troubleshooting, product integration, and test equipment.\nExperience providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, opportunity qualification, customer presentations, and customer visits.\nAbility to translate technical customer needs into well-qualified business opportunities.\nAbility to travel 30%.\n\nWhat We Value\nBS degree in Electrical Engineering.\nSensor design and application experience highly preferred.\nDemonstrated strong technical leadership and analytical skills.\nDemonstrated ability to create a technical sales strategy to support top-line sales growth.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating with sales, marketing, engineering, and product management teams.\nExperience developing or supporting technical documentation, application notes, user manuals, and customer-facing technical content.\nStrong direct and interactive computer skills, including Microsoft products and CRM systems.\nCustomer-focused communication style with the ability to build credibility with engineering, commercial, and product
