Reports to the area Supervisor. Minimum supervision on routine work assignments. This role is responsible for following all safety and work procedures to successfully complete production and special testing, and examine and test electrical products. Prepare the product for testing by safely making the connections required for the test being performed. Stop construction of non-compliant installations.\nHours are the following:\nWeekend 1 Friday - Sunday 6pm-6am\nWeekend 2 Thursday - Sunday 6pm-6am\n\nWhat You'll Do\nVisually examine and inspect the product for completeness of assembly, quality, and conformance to specifications and work instructions.\nLook for frayed wires and loose connections.\nPerform electrical routine tests as required\nAble to interpret test results for acceptance or rejection of the product\nDocument actions by completing production and quality forms\nMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations\nConserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results\nContribute to team effort by training others in the performance of testing tasks as needed\nInspect all work and ensure it meets requirements prior to passing it on to the next operation\nCompile inspection reports.\nWrite up recommendations for improvement.\nReport violations.\nAble to prioritize jobs and coordinate with production lead operators and/or supervisor\nNotify the lead or supervisor of problems found during testing\nObserve and follow safety rules and regulations\nAble to communicate test results and/or failure modes effectively to Supervisor, Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Quality Assurance personnel.\nPerform Other duties as assigned\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHigh School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development required\nMust be able to safely use small hand and power tools\nMust be able to read and interpret Drawings\nAbility to use measurements such as a ruler, measuring tape, and caliper\nMust have basic computer skills\nContinuous training on new equipment or new processes required to test power bushings and based upon additional assignments.\nMust be able to read and comprehend safety procedures, work instructions, and assembly drawings\nMust have attention to detail and be able to work independently and follow written procedures\nPrior experience with testing equipment, preferably\nEquipment testing as required by various product lines.\nSome product lines require a final check of the product with completion of documentation for files.\nWill have final review of equipment and will complete inspection information\nMust be able to use testing gauges and/or electrical test equipment such as OHM meters.\nThe ability to operate a computer and learn specialized programs as needed to perform job functions.\n\nWhat We Value\n0-2-years experience of
