You will manage end-to-end projects within our IT PMO for Standex Electronics, which has global locations.\n\nThe IT Project Manager will be responsible for working directly with multiple stakeholders across a portfolio of IT initiatives to intake requirements, create project materials, track progress, manage scope/budget, and close projects successfully. \n\nWhat You’ll Do\nIntake project requirements and develop project charters.\nManage/define project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.\nFacilitate requirements, coordinate tasks, and remove roadblocks of the project plan.\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.\nMaintain RAID logs and drive timely resolutions.\nControl scope through a change management process.\nProvide clear, timely project updates and status reporting.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure ongoing alignment.\nManage vendors, including contracting, resourcing & budget. \nFacilitate communication between business and technical teams.\nTrack project spend, forecast costs, and report variances.\nCoordinate internal/external resources and escalate gaps when needed.\nEnsure deliverables meet requirements, architecture, security, and compliance standards.\nSupport testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation reviews.\nMaintain project documentation.\nFollow PMO processes, templates, and governance.\nContribute lessons learned and help improve PMO practices.\n\nKey Competencies \nStrong understanding of a variety of IT topics, such as: IT infrastructure (e.g. network upgrades, cloud migrations), identity/access management, endpoint security, IoT, AI enablement, application modernization/standardization. Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing business processes and Industry 4.0. \nEffective oral and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and a wide variety of audiences.
