Previous experience in maintenance is critical.\n\nWhat You'll Do \nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, robots, and support equipment to ensure readiness for plant startup and sustained production.\nTroubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.\nPerform mold setup, alignment, and calibration to support efficient production launches.\nMaintain all machinery and building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic components.\nSchedule and execute periodic maintenance operations.\nOrder and manage spare parts inventory through the procurement department, ensuring an adequate supply for uninterrupted operations.\nMaintain detailed maintenance logs.\nCollaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and support continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with safety and environmental standards to promote a safe work environment.\nDemonstrate dependability, commitment, and a positive work attitude in all maintenance activities.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. \nTechnical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.\n3+ years of experience maintaining injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment. \n2-3 years’ experience as a maintenance, electronic, or robotics technician in a manufacturing environment.\nLegal authorization to work in the US.\nProven dependability and commitment to equipment reliability and plant success.\nStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.\nKnowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, robotics, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing.\nInitiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work with 12VDC up to 480VAC 3-phase power.\nQuick learning skills with the ability to retain many small details;
