problem-solving methodologies.\nEstablish and lead operational review cadences, including KPI reviews, performance reporting, and action planning.\nMonitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.\nSupervise, coach, and develop production team members while promoting employee engagement and accountability.\nEnsure effective allocation of labor, equipment, and resources to support production requirements and business priorities.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance product quality, and maximize customer satisfaction.\nPlay an active role in the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.\nIdentify and implement manufacturing best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.\nSupport plant initiatives, strategic objectives, and special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.\n3-5 years of production management experience within a manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, lean principles, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven management.\nAbility to prioritize resources and drive execution against business objectives.\nProven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.\nProficiency with manufacturing systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience participating in SIOP/S&OP planning processes.\nPrior experience leading performance improvement initiatives within a manufacturing operation.\nSAP Business One\nCustomer
