This plant is a new, small-scale, high-tech operation focused on producing automotive interior components. Operators ensure machines run efficiently, safely, and produce high-quality molded parts that meet customer and automotive standards.\n\nImmediate openings on: First shift (starting February)\nOther openings on: Second shift (starting March/April)\n Third shift: (starting April/May)\nWhat You’ll Do\nOperate and monitor plastic injection molding machines and automated soft-trim equipment to produce parts according to specifications.\nPerform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and basic adjustments as needed to maintain operation.\nRemove finished parts and perform trimming or secondary operations.\nConduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, calipers, and templates.\nDocument production counts and inspection results accurately.\nFollow all required safety procedures, PPE guidelines, and lockout/tagout practices.\nMaintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S principles.\nPerform basic equipment cleaning, clearing jams, and assisting maintenance or technicians when needed.\nReport equipment or quality issues to Supervisors promptly.\nWork collaboratively with the Plant Manager, Supervisors, Quality, and Maintenance teams to meet production goals.\nConforms to scheduled hours including overtime; complies with time and attendance policy\nMiscellaneous duties in support of production operations\n\nWork Environment\nThis environment includes molding presses, automated handling systems, robotic equipment, and inspection tools. The plant operates under automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. \n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nAbility to use measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with robotic and molding equipment.\nMust be able to bend, reach, lift, walk, and stand continuously. \nRequires manual dexterity and repetitive motion. \nWork may involve moderate noise, heat, and moving machinery.\n\nWhat We Value\n2-3 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing or injection molding (or similar environment)\nFamiliarity with automated machinery and robotics.\nKnowledge of ISO and IATF quality requirements.\nKnowledge of plastic materials, molding parameters, and basic machine troubleshooting.
