(SQDC) \nTrain others by openly sharing information, knowledge, and expertise with the team\nComplete job assignments as directed by Manufacturing Manager \nAttend meetings, trainings, and participate in audits as directed\nSafety\nMaintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations\nComply with all company rules including company safety policy and all federal, state, local, and other safety regulations and practices\nUse personal protective equipment and devices provided for machinery, equipment, tools and processes, when defined in PCS, Company Safety Policy, Job Safety Analysis or Management direction\nReport all unsafe conditions, accidents and injuries immediately to management\nHousekeeping\nActively participate in 6S and lean activities as outlined by the Company \nMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following Company instructions\nMaintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs\nStore and maintain tools, equipment and gauges as defined by company standards \nKeep work area clean and organized to company standards/expectations\nDaily cleaning and sweeping of work area, tools and equipment\nEmpty trash and waste as needed \nPersonal items removed from workstations\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) \nMinimum 5 years proven experience as a manufacturing Maintenance Technician\nProficient understanding & interpretation of wiring diagrams, schematics, flow diagrams, etc. \nForklift experience is preferred \nReliable transportation \nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skills\nAbility to effectively manage time, multi-task, and pay close attention to details\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team\nCapable of following directions\nTake responsibility for achieving production efficiency, quality of product and reports discrepant material immediately \nDemonstrate customer focus by seeking out, understanding, and responding to the needs of both internal and external customers \nMaintain a positive attitude and communicate openly and honestly with others\nSolve problems proactively and contributes to continuously improving the process/product\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods\nComfortable working in environments with noise, heat, or dust\nRegularly required to move, sit, and bend for various hours throughout the
