consisting of Team Leader(s) and production operators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.\nProvide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, encouraging continuous improvement and skill development.\n\nSafety Compliance\nNever compromise on safety and build a culture of compliance, prevention, and continuous improvement for all aspects of safety.\nConduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.\n\nQuality Assurance\nMaintain the highest level of quality in the production areas and collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that products meet or exceed the established quality standards.\nMaintain applicable quality records and ensure the production area adheres to all quality requirements\nImplement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues.\n\nProductivity Optimization\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and overall productivity.\nCollaborate with the direct supervisors and peers to identify and implement process improvements.\n\nResource Management\nEffectively allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet production demands.\nCoordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.\nImplement cross-training and operator onboarding plans to maintain qualified personnel for all required job skills.\n\nCommunication and Reporting\nMaintain open and transparent communication channels with team members and upper management.\nProvide regular reports on Gemba/control tower meetings, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent(preferred)\n3+ years experience in manufacturing operations in a front-line leadership role\nExperience working in an ERP system for production scheduling, reporting, and inventory management\nFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing principles\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team\nKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as in
