Work with Production, Manufacturing and Engineering personnel on RCCA\nComplete FAI reports per AS9102 for submittal to customer\nConduct Process audits and participate in the Layered Process Audit program. Plan and conduct AS9100 Internal Audits as part of audit team.\nDocument data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures. Experience with APQP and PPAP process (Process Flow, PFMEA & Control Plan)\nWith input from Engineering, plan and conduct the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to ensure the quality of assigned product or component. Develop Incoming Inspection requirements\nPerform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, assist with maintaining Customer specific requirements, Supplier quality manuals and company quality records.\nApply statistical process control (SPC) methods and other Quality tools for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.\nParticipate in Production and Vendor MRB activities\nDevelop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
