Tracks for advancement include admittance in the Engraving Apprenticeship program or a single, specialized area, subject to satisfactory performance and development of relevant skill sets.\nThe position will be reviewed for entry into the Engraving Apprentice Program at around the 6 – 12 month mark, based on performance, interest, and business need\nWhat You'll Do\nShipping and receiving: check in tools properly and swiftly, prepping completed jobs to be shipped back to the customer/tool shop\nShipping and receiving: assists in areas of package and prep, load, and unload trucks as needed\nShipping and receiving: completes customers' paperwork, shipping and receiving paperwork - FedEx, UPS, shippers etc. Ensures timely and accurate data entry into SAP system\nOperates tool room equipment such as cranes and hi-lows\nProvides secondary/back-up support in other areas, such as Tool Prep (cleaning and prepping tools) and Laser (loading tools in laser engraving machine), etc. \nFollows all OSHA safety guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures\nCommunicates problems in a timely manner to Management\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent. \nMinimum of 2+ years in role with similar requirements\nMust be able to work a standard 40-hour work week with occasional overtime, including weekends as a possibility\nSitting and/or standing for an extended period of time as well as some walking within the facility.
