The bar: a founder talks to Standout once and feels we understand their company better than recruiters they've worked with for years.\nRequirements\n- 3+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a quota-carrying or selling role (BDR/SDR background is a plus)\n- Background in a startup, big tech (Google, AWS, Azure), or a tech sales team where you ran full-cycle deals\n- At least 1 year at your current company\n- Based in SF or Caltrain-accessible, and in the office 5 days a week\n- Authorized to work in the US, no visa sponsorship needed\nYou're a fit if\n- You create momentum from nothing and sell a vision before the company fully exists\n- You're great with people and highly analytical\n- You have taste in startups, talent, and communication\n- You're relentless about follow-up and keeping relationships warm\n- You move fast, improvise fast, and learn fast\n- You've done founder-led sales, recruiting, partnerships, or something where trust and persuasion mattered\nYou're not a fit if\n- You need a playbook or want to inherit a mature sales org\n- You optimize for process over outcomes\n- You think recruiting is just matching resumes to job descriptions\n- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or intensity\nYou'll work directly with the founders on everything from closing startups to refining positioning, building outbound systems, and onboarding clients.\nIntro
