Join our top-notch team of 54,000+ professionals in 60 countries who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, LENOX and more.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Pressroom Operator, you’ll be part of our Pressroom team located in Willard, Ohio You’ll get to:\nResponsibilities / Authority:\nComplete production activities in the Press Room, including:\nOperation of automatic presses, cranes, lift trucks, and any other auxiliary equipment\nOperation and adjustment of feeding and handling equipment (e.g. coil cradle, coil leveling)\nComplete changeover jobs: setup of blanking dies, progressive dies, and transfer dies in a press\nVisual inspection of both in-process and finished parts\nUse of appropriate tools and fixtures to check parts\nOperate other production equipment, such as manual presses, based on the needs of the department\nStacking of parts as needed\nUnderstand and ensure the safe operation of the presses, lift trucks, and other similar equipment\nAbide by all SBD Willard safety policies\nConduct material handling tasks as needed\nFollow all applicable ISO standards & procedures to ensure quality standards are met\nRecognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nPerform departmental tasks assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader\nWho You Are\nYou always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
