Business Development Manager

Der Job:

Als Business Development Manager wirst du Teil unseres Vertrieb Team. Dies werden deine Aufgaben sein:

• Neukundengewinnung sowie Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Endkunden in den strategischen Zielmärkten Construction Enterprise & Rental

• Umsatz- und Margenverantwortung für das eigene Kundenportfolio sowie Positionierung unserer Profimarken auf Endkundenebene

• Vertrieb von Elektro-, Handwerkzeugen und Aufbewahrungslösungen über definierte Handelspartner an große Endkunden

• Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen, Trainings, Bedarfsanalysen und Sortimentsausweitung zur nachhaltigen Umsatzsteigerung

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Kundenkonzepte inklusive Listungen, Aktivitätenplanung, Eventunterstützung und Salesforce-Dokumentation

• Beobachtung und Weitergabe von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen

Das bringst du mit:

Du hast Lust, dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln, probierst gerne Neues aus und gehst Veränderungen mit Neugier und Offenheit an. Außerdem bringst du mit:

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Außendiensterfahrung in der Werkzeugbranche, idealerweise Elektrowerkzeuge und internationales Umfeld

• Verhandlungsgeschick, Gespür für Wachstumschancen sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln

• Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte und technisches Verständnis für Profi-Werkzeuge und Zubehör

• Sicheres Auftreten auf allen Ebenen, Kommunikationsstärke, Ehrgeiz, Zielstrebigkeit sowie strategische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Kompetenz

• Sehr gute Deutsch-, gute Englisch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
