You will also have the opportunity to participate in many leadership development, networking and community building activities\nThe Job:\nThere are multiple opportunities for mechanical, computer, software, and electrical engineers. Co-op interns will be placed in one of the following departments based on interests, skills, experience & coursework:\nProduct Development (Electrical Systems, Software Systems, Mechanical Systems)\nTesting\nThe Person:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering.\nMaintains a solid record of academic achievement.\nSelf-motivated and has a sense of ownership and accountability.\nCapable of working in both a professional team and individual environment.\nDemonstrates leadership skills through student organizations, athletics, volunteerism, or similar activities.\nUtilizes strong written and verbal communication skills.\nDetail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.\nFlexible and able to thrive in a rapidly changing, highly complex environment.\nMust be a US citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States. \nThe Details:\nThe position will be located at our Towson, Maryland Design Center.\nThis is a full-time, 40 hours per week commitment, and start/end dates align with school semesters.\nHousing stipends will be available for relocation each work term.\nSummer: July-Sept\nFall: Oct.-Dec\nWinter: Jan-March\nSpring: April-June \nPay Range Language: The base pay range for this position is $22- $27 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
