Join our top-notch team of more than 50,000 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.\nThe Job:\nAs an HR Associate, you’ll be part of our Human Resources teamworking as a hybrid employee.You’ll get to:\nPlan and execute employee wellness and engagement activities for the Medellín site and support initiatives across Colombia.\nCoordinate corporate celebrations and special events such as Women’s Day, Men’s Day, Children’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, and year-end events.\nManage the full administrative process for events, including quotations, approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-up.\nOrganize event logistics, including attendance lists, reservations, catering, prizes, setup, and closing activities.\nLead employee recognition programs, including birthday celebrations and service anniversary initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain partnerships with external benefit providers, such as gyms, language institutes, and other vendors.\nPromote employee benefits and provide support by answering questions and encouraging participation in available programs.\nSupport office visits and internal space coordination, including meeting rooms, auditoriums, visitor access, and refreshments.\nAdminister parking-related processes, including registrations, updates, removals, and invoice reconciliation.\nThe Person:\nYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
