Join our top-notch team of approximately 43,500 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.\nThe Job:\nAs the Italy Payroll Specialist, you’ll be part of our Payroll team.\nYou’ll get to:\nSupport the Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities, including hires, terminations, transformations, UNILAV processing, payroll changes, time and attendance system updates, absence management, and payroll controls in cooperation with the external provider, ADP.\nPerform end-to-end payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.\nManage pension fund information and related payroll administration activities.\nOversee garnishments management in line with local legal and payroll requirements.\nVerify monthly F24 and UNIEMENS submissions for completeness and accuracy.\nPrepare payroll payments and a variety of payroll-related reports.\nCollaborate closely with the internal payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.\nResolve payroll issues and respond to questions raised by employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.\nSupport year-end payroll activities, including CU, 770, audits, and payroll-related projects.\nThe Person:\nYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
