Stanley Black & Decker is an American toolmaker formed in 2010 by merging Stanley Works, founded in 1843, with Black & Decker, and it is the largest hand and power tool manufacturer in the world. Its brands include DeWalt for professional trades, Craftsman, Black+Decker for consumers and Stanley for hand tools, alongside outdoor equipment and industrial fastening systems.
