Join our top-notch team of more than 50,000 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.\nThe purpose of this job is to keep inventory in the finished goods warehouse accurate, make sure outbound loads are loaded correctly and supervise warehouse team members.\nThe Job\nAbide by all SBD Martin safety rules and regulations.\nManage shipping personnel, assign work, timecards, disciplinary actions, etc.\nSupervise all lift drivers and scanner-labelers on safe and efficient operation of all equipment.\nAssist coordinators at the warehouse in their accounts.\nSupervise the inventory process for finished goods\nSupervise the outbound loads\nCoordinate with personnel special shipments going to corporate, shows, etc.\nAssist with filling in key roles when needed. (Team leader, shipping clerk. Loader, etc.)\nReport and communicate any equipment issues to be repaired to the proper personnel (Forklifts, scan guns, yard dog trucks, etc.)\nWork with and support yard dog drivers on shuttle issues and coordinated pulls.\nCoordinate trailer repair with all groups for the campus.\nOrder parts and warehouse supplies when needed.\nMake sure that labor cost and head counts are within budget.\nInstruct team members in ISO and 5S and perform safety walks.\nMust be able to work 2:30pm-12:30am shifts \nThe Person\nGood supervisory skills.\nGood communication skills.\nGood knowledge of scanning, printing and forklift equipment.\nGood working knowledge of WMS.\nNear perfect attendance.\nGood knowledge of SBD Martin computer systems.\nAble to work and follow instruction with minimal supervision.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nThe Details\nYou’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan, including:\nMedical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.\nDiscounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and other partner programs.\nAnd More:\nWe want our company to be a place you’ll want to be - and stay.
