The Sr. Engineering Manager will serve as a key link between business stakeholders, engineering teams, IT, and solution delivery partners. This individual will help define business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support the successful delivery of scalable solutions that improve collaboration, data quality, process consistency, and product development efficiency. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong project and program management skills with experience in enterprise applications, a solid understanding of product development processes, and working knowledge of CAD and PLM systems. Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform is a strong plus.\nPartner with engineering, product development, business, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.\nLead requirements management activities across multiple PLM-related projects and programs.\nSupport planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise initiatives related to PLM and engineering systems.\nFacilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to identify current-state challenges and future-state opportunities.\nCollaborate with technical teams, architects, and external partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.\nHelp drive process standardization and continuous improvement across product development and engineering data management workflows.\nManage requirement traceability, scope changes, dependencies, risks, and prioritization throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, change management, and stakeholder communications.\nContribute to roadmap planning and strategic enhancements for PLM and related enterprise applications.\nThe Person:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, project management, program management, or a related role.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications in a large, matrixed organization.\nStrong understanding of product development processes and engineering-related workflows.\nWorking knowledge of CAD and PLM systems.\nExperience supporting PLM platforms in a manufacturing, industrial, or product-driven environment.\nFamiliarity with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform strongly preferred.\nExperience with CAD integrations, engineering change processes, BOM management, document control, or product data governance.\nKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nPMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.\nThe Details:\nYou’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan, including: Medical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement in addition to programs & benefits in support of your well-being.
