You’ll get to:\nManage, Develop and Grow a team consisting of controls and robotics engineers to maximize productivity.\nSupport Strategy/Footprint team when required for any product equipment transfers. \nImplement and oversee the execution of productivity projects within the region, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. \nMonitor and report on the progress of productivity projects, identifying any issues or delays and developing solutions to address them. \nDevelop and execute training programs to upskill plant engineering staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest manufacturing engineering techniques and practices. \nCollaborate with the manufacturing team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings across regional manufacturing operations. \nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging and supporting GCE teams in their development and the optimization of manufacturing processes. \nBuild and maintain close relationships with Mfg. sites, critical business support functions in region and critical strategic external automation partners/suppliers. \nInitial line of support for production down/emergency Mfg. equipment and/or process down\nundefined\nProvide technical leadership for robotics, industrial automation, and control systems across Global manufacturing sites.\nSupport troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of robotic cells, PLC-controlled equipment, HMI systems, sensors, drives, and integrated automation systems.\nPartner with plant teams and suppliers to implement and standardize robotics and controls solutions that improve safety, uptime, and productivity.\nWho You Are:\nYou always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
