And for heavy construction and demolition, our family of powerful mounted and handheld hydraulic products are the undisputed leader in rebuilding infrastructure.\nAs the Warehouse Supervisor, Specifically, you will:\nSupervise daily raw material and finished goods receiving, storage, issuance, return and inventory control.\nCoordinate with Planner, Procurement, Production, QA/QC and Customer Service to ensure the receiving material and finished goods delivery are done promptly.\nEnsure safe working conditions of work areas, floors, racks, forklifts, tools, equipment and arranged for repair/replacement as needed.\nEnsure compliance with EHS, Security, ISO and SOP.\nEnsure the stock accuracy of raw materials, finished goods and other warehouse inventories.\nEnsure data entry is done promptly and accurately in the tracking system.\nEnsure correct shipment to customers.\nEnsure proper documentation being maintained for all incoming and outgoing goods.\nImplement FIFO, material status segregation (Released, Hold, NCR, Rejected).\nConduct weekly cycle counts and coordinate annual physical inventory check. Investigate and report discrepancies.\nEnsure LMW license, GPB Form, Custom Exemption applied and follow Royal Kastam Malaysia rules.\nPrepare and submit reports to the local authority on a monthly and annual basis for audit verification.\nEnsure warehouse consumable items stock maintain for day-to-day operation.\nCommunicate effectively with external warehouse and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.\nReview monthly expenses and vendor charges, be responsible for the accuracy of the data.\nCoordinate with scrap collectors for waste disposal.\nDevelop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency and lower costs.\nPerform audit for internal and external warehouse.\nTo oversee/monitor the 3PL warehouse in Malaysia and Singapore on the Operations related issues whenever required.\nComplete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.\n Who You Are\nYou always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
