Under limited supervision, will perform the more complex aspects of project control activities, ensuring that all project control activities such as project administration, change management, project estimating, cost management, earned value management, and schedule management are executed in a timely fashion and in accordance with all company standards and contractual requirements. May be in a lead position on assigned projects.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nTracking daily construction activities against approved designs, schedules, and quality standards.\nVerifying high-performance building metrics, cyber-safe FRCS integrations, and life-safety systems.\nManaging scope and contract modification controls while preserving the cooperative \"One Team\" culture.\nCoordinating construction sequencing, campus utility tie-ins, and civil site work to prevent disruptions to active base operations.\nOverseeing site safety, environmental compliance, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) compliance, and complex supply chain logistics.\nParticipate in project scoping calls, costing and proposal preparation, interviews, and fee negotiations to the extent required.\nPlan, organize, communicate, and coordinate project engagements.\nManage the day-to-day activities of project engagements including Client and Project Design Teams.\nReview assigned projects after award to define project scope, determine work procedures/sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, staffing, and progress billing points.\nPrepare project opening orders, project outlines, project initiation activities, project schedules, and lead project executions and closings.\nForm and manage a Project Design Team (including outside subconsultants), and ensure responsibilities are assigned and the execution of tasks is completed according to the project scope, schedule, budget, risk constraints, and quality control requirements.\nLead and work closely with all disciplines on multi-discipline projects.\nMake recommendations on design alternatives.\nOrganize, manage, and maintain project information and records.\nAchieve project performance established for the engagement.\nAchieve project objectives including quality, scopes, budgets, and schedules.\nMaintain a continuing business relationship with clients as part of ongoing business development efforts.\nMeet with client management as necessary to resolve issues and to obtain approvals throughout the project lifespan.\nAssist in the coordination of pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for proposed projects.\nPerform as a civil engineering technical design SME when needed.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field; or equivalent experience.\nCurrent U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) or Architecture license.\nMust have experience with International Building Code (IBC), Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS). OCONUS military planning and design experience a plus.\nDemonstrated capabilities and success in managing $500M+ mega-sized projects.\nThorough understanding of inter-disciplinary design coordination.\nGeneral knowledge of construction techniques and an ability to read plans and specifications.
