You will help identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and support continuous improvement of financial processes and tools\nYour role and impact\nReporting & Analysis\nSupport monthly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and financial consolidation.\nAnalyze business performance and key variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year.\nMonitor revenue, margins, inventory, and other key financial indicators.\nSupport cash flow forecasting and tracking.\nPrepare financial reports, presentations, and materials for management reviews and board meetings.\nDeliver ad hoc analyses to support business needs.\nBusiness Partnering\nCollaborate with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights and performance reporting.\nSupport strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven analysis.\nContribute to business cases, investment analyses, and performance improvement initiatives.\nHelp identify risks, opportunities, and areas for enhanced business performance.\nFinancial Planning\nSupport the preparation of budgets and forecasts.\nAssist with financial modelling and scenario analysis.\nContribute to the monitoring of operational and financial KPIs.\nSupport investment evaluations and business planning activities\nProcess Improvement\nContribute to the optimization and automation of controlling processes and reporting tools.\nSupport digitalization initiatives and the use of data-driven solutions.\nEnsure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and reporting guidelines.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with the Business Controller team, Business Analyst, Accounting, and Credit teams.\nBuild effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.\nReport directly to the Head of Controlling.\nAbout you\nYou hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.\nYou have at least 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, audit, or a similar finance role.\nYou have a solid understanding of finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.\nYou are comfortable working with Excel and have experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nYou are interested in data, systems, digitalization, and process improvement.\nYou combine strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured way of working.\nYou communicate clearly and can adapt your message to different audiences.\nYou enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different departments.\nYou are fluent in English and French.\nYou are proactive, hands-on, and motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic
