Acting as the link between Product, Sales and Supply Chain teams, you will transform market insights, customer demand patterns and business priorities into reliable forecasts and actionable recommendations.\nBeyond forecasting, you will contribute to assortment decisions, support product launches, and help drive business performance through data-driven decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with business partnering in a fast-growing international environment.\nYour role and impact\nDemand Planning & Forecasting\nOwn the monthly demand forecast at Style-Colour, SKU and warehouse level for a portfolio of approximately 1,600 Style-Colour references:\nBuild and maintain accurate forecasts by combining historical sales data, market trends, product lifecycle changes and strategic business priorities.\nContinuously monitor forecast performance and identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.\nPrepare forecast insights, key assumptions and performance analyses to support monthly S&OP discussions and decision-making.\nDevelop business analyses to strengthen forecast accuracy and improve understanding of customer purchasing behaviours.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of demand planning processes, methodologies and tools.\nBusiness Partnership with Product Teams\n Act as a trusted partner to Product teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nSupport new collection launches by providing demand planning expertise and commercial insights.\nContribute to assortment decisions by identifying products to maintain, expand, rationalize or discontinue.\nAnalyse product performance, customer purchasing patterns and market trends to support product strategy and business decisions.\nProvide data-driven recommendations that enhance product portfolio performance and availability.\nCollaboration with Supply Planning\n Work closely with Global Supply Planning teams to ensure the right balance between customer demand, inventory levels and product availability.\nAnticipate supply risks and proactively recommend actions to mitigate potential shortages.\nTrigger urgent replenishment actions when required to maintain targeted service levels.\nInbound Flow & Inventory Management\n Monitor and manage inbound product flows into European distribution centres.\nTrack, analyse and prioritize sea and air shipments arriving at European warehouses.\nCoordinate stock allocation and transfer activities to improve product availability across the network.\nBusiness Support & Commercial Collaboration\n Partner closely with Sales teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.\nProvide visibility and recommendations regarding product availability and inventory constraints.\nAssess the impact of major customer opportunities and contracts on stock levels and replenishment plans.\nDeliver specific analyses and follow-up for key accounts and strategic business opportunities.\nUse data and insights to support commercial priorities.\nAbout you\nEducation & ExperienceUniversity degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Business Analysis or a similar analytical role.\nExperience within a textile, apparel, retail, FMCG or consumer goods environment is a strong asset.\nExposure to forecasting, inventory management or S&OP processes is a plus.\nFluent in English.\nFrench is a plus.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nKnowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.\nExperience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and planning tools is an
