This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of product quality across our stairlift range, influencing product design, manufacturing excellence, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.\nYou will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, leading investigations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring our products continue to meet the highest standards of safety, reliability and performance.\nThe Role\nReporting to the Global Head of Quality, you'll act as a quality engineer for our Home Accessibility Stairlift products, ensuring both new and existing products meet product specifications, customer expectations, regulatory obligations and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.\nWorking closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Support, Service, Supply Chain and Suppliers, you will help drive measurable improvements in product reliability, compliance and customer experience.\nAs the Quality Engineer, you will work 8:00am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 1:00pm Friday.
