To continue to strive towards our mission and goal\n\nSt. Ann’s Community Offers:\nPay Range - $16.00 - $19.65/hour\nFull time (weekly pay)\nTuition Reimbursement and Scholarship Opportunities\nDental, Health & Vision\n403(b) Retirement Plan\nAmazing employee benefits such as discounted monthly Bus passes and Door Dash Pass!\nJob Description:\n Handling and preparation of food in accordance with St. Ann’s & DOH regulations.\nPrepare in specified amounts according to recipes, hot/cold food items for all meal services including catering and employee café.\nReads and reviews daily menus and production sheets.\nFamiliarity with speed scratch using various cooking methods\nExecute high volume food production while maintaining consistent quality across all dishes\nPrepares modified diets such as pureed, mechanically soft & fortified.\nRecords temperatures for meal periods in accordance with scheduled shift.\nProperly cools & records temps, wraps, labels and dates leftovers.\nCompletes prep for the next day’s meal even if off the next day.\nCommunicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service\nCommunicate with Lead Cook and Chef on any and all issues.\nMaintains sanitation of work area “Clean as you go.”\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment\n\nCandidate Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 2 years experience in banquet and batch style cooking in high volume kitchen\nStrong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques\nServSafe certification preferred\n\nJoin us in Caring for the Most Important People on Earth.\n\nThe employment policy of St. Ann’s Community is to provide equal opportunity to all persons.
