# Overseas Business Development

Job Description Staple is looking for people to help develop new businesses and contribute to the growth of local communities overseas. Our ambition goes beyond developing and operating individual properties. We work across the entire process-from planning, development and design to preparations for opening, operations and community building-to grow businesses that take root in the places they serve. As we prepare to expand internationally, including in New Zealand, we are looking for people who can help turn these ideas into reality. We welcome both specialists who want to apply their experience in real estate development, construction, hotel and restaurant operations, or business planning to a particular area, and those who want to work across disciplines to build new businesses.
