The ideal candidate can independently build most automation workflows but will collaborate with software developers when deeper technical solutions or custom integrations are required.\nThe goal of this role is to identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, streamline operations, and apply AI-driven automation across the business.\nSpecifically, You Will:\nWork with business stakeholders, manage expectations, and align teams to deliver outcomes\nHave a strategic vision for the automation platforms, including how they’re designed, configured, and supported\nProvide after-hour support as required\nBuild automation workflows using low-code platforms such as UiPath Studio or Power Automate\nProduce documentation such as, process maps, automation design documents and business requirements\nQuantify potential benefits such as time savings, cost reduction, or error reduction.\nInterview stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies.\nSome of what you need:\nDegree in business, computer science, or engineering with relevant work experience \n5 + years working as a business analyst, systems analyst or in a process improvement role\nExperience working in agile or product delivery environments\nStrong knowledge of emerging AI technologies \nStrong understanding of RPA (experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is preferred)\nFamiliarity with APIs and system integrations with basic understanding of scripting or programming (eg.
