As an Analyst, Accounts Receivable, you will manage a specialized portfolio, partner with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues and help improve cash flow while delivering a positive customer experience.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCollect cash for open accounts receivable and follow up consistently with customers until payment resolution is achieved.\nResearch accounts receivable issues, reconcile payment remittances, and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.\nMinimize bad-debt write-offs and maximize cash receipts while balancing the needs of internal and external customers.\nComplete cash-on-account activity, escalations, credit reviews, and related tasks within established service-level expectations.\nLearn customer ordering platforms and understand how billing integrates into each platform.\nIdentify, recommend, and implement process improvements, including opportunities to streamline or automate repetitive work.\nCreate standard operating procedures for high-effort accounts and independently perform root-cause analysis on customer issues.\nPlan and prioritize work to meet service-level agreements, goals, and objectives.\nCommunicate professionally with customers regarding past-due invoices and lead conference calls to resolve issues.\nProvide ad hoc reports and statements to internal and external customers.\nNegotiate payment plans or settlements for significantly past-due balances within established guidelines.\nSummarize and present account-reconciliation findings to customers and internal partners, including Sales, Customer Setup, Contract Gateway, and leadership teams.\nCommunicate directly with customer Accounts Payable supervisors, managers, and directors.\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\nStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.\nAn analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in financial data.\nA proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and a strong customer-service orientation.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nEagerness to learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.\nAbility to analyze data sets and draw conclusions based on trends.\nDemonstrated ability to follow established procedures accurately.\nWhat’s needed: Basic Qualifications:\n1+ years of related experience in accounts receivable, accounting, finance operations, or a similar support role.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and filters.\nExperience using or learning ERP or accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Management or Finance or equivalent work experience.\nExperience with collection software such as Webcollect or GetPaid.\nFamiliarity with accounts receivable aging, cash application, and reconciliation best practices.\nProficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite.\nFamiliarity with multiple customer billing and invoicing methods.\nWe Offer:\nInclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups\nFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)\nOnline and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
