In this position, you will leverage advanced technologies, analytics, and fraud detection methodologies to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent activity before it impacts our business. You will partner closely with cybersecurity, technology, and business stakeholders to strengthen fraud prevention capabilities and help drive innovative solutions that stay ahead of emerging threats.\nPlease note, this role includes a shared on-call rotation that may require occasional after-hours support. The schedule is designed to distribute coverage responsibilities across the team.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nConduct in-depth analysis of data to identify, assess, and investigate cyber fraud threats and suspicious activity.\nDevelop and enhance fraud prevention strategies utilizing advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques.\nPartner with IT Security and cross-functional teams to improve fraud detection tools, processes, and monitoring capabilities.\nPerform post-incident investigations and trend analysis to identify patterns and strengthen future prevention efforts.\nExercise independent judgment to evaluate fraud risks and determine appropriate mitigation actions.\nCommunicate fraud trends, risks, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.\nSupport and lead cross-functional initiatives designed to enhance fraud detection and response capabilities.\nResearch industry trends, emerging fraud schemes, and new technologies to continuously improve detection strategies.\nHelp mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.\nDrive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve fraud detection methodologies and operational effectiveness.\nWhat You Bring To The Table:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex datasets and identify actionable insights.\nA proactive mindset and passion for uncovering risks before they become incidents.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across cybersecurity, technology, and business teams.\nCuriosity, adaptability, and a commitment to staying current with emerging cyber fraud trends and technologies.\nStrong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.\nWhat’s Needed- Basic Qualifications:\n2+ years of progressively complex experience in cyber fraud analysis, fraud investigations, cybersecurity, or a related field.\nExperience utilizing fraud detection systems, tools, methodologies, and investigative techniques.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity principles, fraud prevention frameworks, and data privacy regulations.\nExperience analyzing large datasets to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and potential threats.\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and investigations.\nWhat’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nProfessional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent fraud/cybersecurity certifications.\nMaster's degree in a related discipline.\nExperience with predictive analytics, fraud modeling, or advanced fraud detection technologies.\nExperience working closely with cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or risk management teams.\nWe Offer:\nInclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups\nFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)\nOnline and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
