Duties &Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality full-stack applications across on-prem and cloud environments, aligned with business and supplier needs.\nProvide technical leadership and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure consistency, maintainability, and performance.\nEnsure end-to-end application quality through unit testing, defect resolution, and collaboration with QA teams for functional, regression, and automation testing.\nDrive system reliability and performance by proactively troubleshooting issues and implementing observability (logging, monitoring, alerting) in partnership with SRE/DevOps teams.\nLead release management and CI/CD practices, including pipeline development, deployment planning, execution, and documentation across all environments.\nCollaborate with architects and cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, Product) to define architecture, integration patterns, and cloud strategies.\nManage change processes using ServiceNow, ensuring governance compliance and approvals for production releases.\nIdentify and remediate security vulnerabilities and continuously improve application and operational processes.\nProduce high-quality technical and operational documentation.\nApply SAFe and Agile methodologies, effectively prioritizing work and managing multiple initiatives.\nDemonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nRequirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, and in Node.js development, including API integration and service orchestration.\nProven expertise in building responsive, dynamic user interfaces with React and Next.js, including deep knowledge of component lifecycles, hooks, and state management.\nStrong foundation in object-oriented programming and application development using Core Java and J2EE.\nSolid understanding of microservices architecture, including service communication patterns (REST, event-driven), resilience design, and performance considerations.\nProficiency in batch processing, job scheduling, and performance tuning with Spring Batch.\nExtensive experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including advanced query writing, stored procedures, and data modeling.\nProficiency in dependency management and build lifecycles using tools like Maven or Gradle.\nSolid experience writing unit tests with the JUnit framework.\nHands-on experience working with CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, preferably using Jenkins.\nCompetent in Linux command-line operations, shell scripting, and basic system administration tasks.\nPractical experience with secure communication protocols such as HTTPS and SFTP.\nProficient in version control using Git, including branching and merging strategies.\nExposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools for troubleshooting and performance optimization.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.\nCapable of producing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and support guides.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.\nProven experience in technical leadership, including guiding development teams, influencing architectural decisions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.\nExperience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.\nPreferred\nQualifications\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization.\nKnowledge of Java heap dump analysis is a plus.\nProficiency in Node.js for building scalable backend services and integrating with
