Plan to automate, reduce ticket volumes and improve productivity and efficiency.\nMentor and guide the Security analysts and associates skilled in Saviynt\nFlexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.\nCross-skilling, Up-skilling in other IAM services under the scope of the Operations team\nSaviynt certification, Motivate the team members to complete the certification related to Saviynt Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks, Support Program, Project status updates with respect to the Saviynt operations workstream.\nRequirements\nEducation\nRequirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Preferred Years of Experience: 5-6 years of relevant Saviynt implementation and support experience. Basic\nQualifications:\n8-12 years of experience in IGA solution (Saviynt). Other IGA solutions like SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager experience is acceptable, but Saviynt experience (minimum 5-6 years) is mandatory.\nWorking in shift model as per roster rotation strategy\nTeam collaboration, Effective communication\nTechnical Skills:\nHands-on implementation & operations support experience in IGA (Saviynt).
