Policy and Compliance Alignment Ensure IAM practices comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and internal security policies. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Identify identity-related risks and implement controls to minimize exposure. Incident Response and Troubleshooting Provide expert support for identity-related incidents and ensure timely resolution. Continuous Improvement Monitor IAM performance metrics and drive enhancements for scalability, automation, and user experience.\nRequirements Basic Qualifications 7+ years in Cyber Security with a focus on Identity & Access Management. Proven experience in implementing IAM solutions (Customer Identity, Workforce Identity/IGA, SSO). Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Azure AD). 7+ years in Cyber Security with a focus on Identity & Access Management. Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
