Integrate external tools, participate in strategic planning, and collaborate with eCommerce, engineering, security, and product teams to deliver on critical business objectives. Duties &Responsibilities:\nTest and evaluate in-house and third-party software to ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.\nCreate tests to ensure software meets user needs.\nCreate and maintain project test plans.\nDefine and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.\nDocument all problems and assist in their resolution.\nPerform QA efforts for large-scale Staple B2B2C eCommerce applications, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.\nRefactor and review test scripts to enforce best coding practices across the QA team.\nTrack testing progress, communicate status updates, and escalate issues to leads and stakeholders.\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DotCom and SBA eCommerce platforms, supporting end-to-end integration testing.\nAnalyze software processes for improvement and integrate findings into business workflows.\nResolve moderately complex issues independently and escalate when needed.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to junior associates.\nMay act as a lead.\nRequirements Minimum Years of Experience 2 - 5 years of related experience in quality engineering.
