This role ensures seamless, accurate, and secure data exchange between internal systems (ERP, procurement platforms) and external trading partners such as customers’ on-premises or cloud systems. The analyst will design, implement, and maintain integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business and technical teams to support operational efficiency.\nThis position is critical for enabling automated, accurate, and timely procurement transactions, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing supplier collaboration through robust electronic integrations.\nSpecifically, You Will:\nThe Integrations eProcurement Analyst will be responsible for monitoring data transmissions between Staples and its eProcurement partners.\n\nThis role investigates system alerts, addresses issues promptly, and reports anomalies to the Sr. Manager, Data Integrations for root cause analysis and remediation.\n\nThe analyst will also be responsible for answering general inquiries regarding, but not limited to, testing, capabilities, lead times, which can be received from both customers and internal partners (i.e. Finance, Sales).
