Serve as the coordination point between engineers, vendors, and leadership - making sure maintenance windows are scheduled, work is tracked to completion, and records are accurate and audit-ready. Maintain task and project tracking using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Kanban boards to ensure visibility and accountability across the team.\nSpecifically, You Will:\nCoordinate scheduling of routine and preventive maintenance for data center infrastructure (server rooms, network closets, power, and cooling systems).\n\nTrack maintenance windows and change activities using ServiceNow, or an equivalent ITSM tool, to minimize disruption to production systems.\n\nServe as the first point of coordination for on-site vendor visits and service calls.\n\nTrack tasks, timelines, and dependencies for data center infrastructure projects using a Kanban board (e.g., Jira) or equivalent tracking tool.\n\nMaintain project trackers and flag schedule or resource risks to the Manager, Data Center Operations.\n\nSupport post-project documentation and close-out activities.\n\nMaintain accurate runbooks, maintenance logs, asset inventories, and vendor service records.\n\nSupport change management documentation and audit / compliance readiness for the data center environment.\n\nIdentify and document opportunities to standardize or improve recurring operational processes.\n\nCoordinate communication between the Data Center Operations team, vendors, and other Enterprise Technology and Systems groups.\n\nSupport purchase order and invoice tracking for data center vendor contracts, in partnership with vendor management.\n\nPrepare status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for team and leadership review.\n\nSome of what you need:\nPost-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\n3-5 years of experience in IT operations, project coordination, or infrastructure / data center support.\n\nExperience supporting vendor relationships or contract / PO administration is an asset.\n\nExperience in a retail, distribution, or multi-site IT environment is an asset.\n\nStrong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.\n\nWorking knowledge of ITSM / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, and task or project tracking tools such as Jira Kanban boards, for tracking incidents, changes, and tasks.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
