The ideal candidate is equally comfortable balancing strategic platform thinking with hands-on product delivery and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOwn and evolve retail application capabilities that support store operations, associate workflows, customer experiences, and business process execution. \nDefine and manage product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and long-term platform strategy. \nPrioritize and manage product backlogs, balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational readiness, and delivery timelines. \nLead deployment planning and release schedules in partnership with engineering and business teams to ensure successful, low-risk implementations. \nPartner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and scalable technology solutions. \nEnsure application data accuracy, usability, reliability, and operational integrity across workflows and integrations. \nCollaborate with Finance, Merchandising, OMNI, Store Operations, and Loss Prevention teams to support enterprise initiatives and improve operational execution. \nContinuously identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, usability, and the overall associate experience. \nWhat You Bring to the Table\nAbility to bridge business needs and technical execution by transforming complex requirements into actionable solutions. \nStrong experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments and driving successful product delivery. \nExceptional cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills. \nAnalytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. \nPassion for building scalable technology solutions that improve retail operations and customer experiences.\nWhat's Needed - Basic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \n5+ years of product management experience, preferably supporting retail, store systems, or enterprise technology platforms. \nExperience managing the full product lifecycle from strategy and planning through delivery and continuous improvement. \nHands-on experience working within Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams. \nWhat's Needed - Preferred Qualifications\nExperience managing retail applications, store systems, enterprise platforms, or other business-critical technology solutions. \nStrong understanding of retail operations, associate workflows, and store technology ecosystems. \nExperience supporting pricing, promotions, loyalty, fulfillment, customer engagement, or related retail capabilities. \nFamiliarity with application integrations, data flows, operational reporting, and enterprise system dependencies. \nExperience partnering with Finance, Operations, Merchandising, OMNI, or other enterprise functions to deliver scalable business solutions. \nDemonstrated success operating in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. \nFocus on system reliability, performance optimization, and delivering intuitive end-user experiences\nGet great perks.\nBonus plan and generous amount of paid time off, including one Floating Holiday each year \nFlexible work arrangements, including flexible work hours\n401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance with many more optional benefits \nAssociate store discount and more perks (discounts on mobile plans, movie tickets, etc.) \nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
