Bring creative ideas to life at scale. As a Production Designer, Creative, you will transform approved concepts into polished, production-ready assets across digital, print, retail, social, email, presentations, and sales enablement. You will partner with Creative, Marketing, and Project Management teams to deliver compelling work that reflects the brand, meets technical requirements, and reaches customers with speed and consistency.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with Art Directors to translate approved creative concepts and visual direction into polished, production-ready assets across digital, print, and other channels.
  • Produce and adapt marketing and brand materials for email, social media, paid media, retail environments, presentations, sales enablement, and other customer-facing platforms.
  • Ensure creative assets follow brand standards, technical specifications, accessibility requirements, and channel-specific guidelines.
  • Maintain the visual integrity of approved concepts while adapting content for different formats, audiences, and business needs.
  • Apply strong design principles, typography, layout, imagery, and production techniques to create accurate and visually effective deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough quality-assurance reviews to confirm accuracy, consistency, formatting, and production readiness before release.
  • Develop, maintain, and use templates, component libraries, and design systems that support scalable creative production.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through standardization, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Project Managers, Marketing partners, Creative Technology teams, and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and high production standards.
  • Proactively identify production challenges, communicate risks, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Explore and adopt emerging design technologies, including AI-enabled creative production tools, to improve quality and efficiency.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, Marketing Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, production design, creative services, an agency, an in-house studio, or a related creative environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Figma for design production and asset creation.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong production-design capabilities across multiple channels.
  • Experience creating digital, print, email, social, retail, or marketing assets.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong quality-assurance, file-preparation, and production-execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within established brand systems, component libraries, and design systems.
  • Knowledge of creative workflow management and production-automation tools.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative tools or automation technologies within design workflows.
  • Experience preparing files for both digital and print production environments.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and implementing process improvements that increase productivity, quality, or scalability.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative Technology, Project Management, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and channel-specific production requirements.
  • Advanced coursework, professional certifications, or continuing education in digital design, UX/UI, design systems, creative technologies, or AI-enabled creative tools.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
