This role assists with production technology deployments, workflow improvements, equipment testing, data management, and pilot programs that support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical and project management skills with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. Working independently and cross-functionally, this individual helps identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and implement solutions that improve production capabilities across the organization.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPartner with Print & Marketing Services and Store Operations teams to support production equipment, supplies, service programs, and pilot initiatives. \nDevelop field communications, training materials, instructions, and reference documentation to support new programs and operational changes. \nAnalyze pilot and operational results and provide recommendations to leadership. \nManage testing and release processes for production equipment, software, and media across multiple vendor partners. \nCoordinate hardware and software deployment planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities. \nResearch and implement equipment, supply, and service solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support sales growth. \nCollaborate with vendors to streamline equipment configuration, software deployment, and support processes. \nMaintain production laboratory environments used for testing hardware and software prior to pilot and enterprise-wide deployment. \nMaintain and audit production item master data, service catalogs, product bill-of-materials data, and related cost information. \nIdentify workflow gaps and help develop innovative solutions that improve production processes and service delivery. \nProvide reporting, analysis, and project updates to stakeholders across the organization. \nWhat You Bring to the Table\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. \nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams. \nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nPassion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process optimization. \nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships. \nStrong organizational and project planning capabilities. \nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting both store associates and customers.\nTechnical aptitude and comfort working with production systems, software, and equipment. \nWhat's Needed - Basic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. \nMinimum of three years of related professional experience. \nStrong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. \nExperience working independently with minimal supervision while managing projects and timelines. \nAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. \nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. \nAbility to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or technical issues. \nStrong time management and organizational skills. \nResults-oriented approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. \nWhat's Needed - Preferred Qualifications\nDegree in Print Science, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline. \nExperience within digital print, production operations, or print services environments. \nKnowledge of print production workflows and operational processes. \nExperience supporting hardware and software testing, deployments, and upgrade initiatives. \nBackground in process improvement, operational optimization, or project implementation. \nExperience working with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional business teams.\nGet great perks.\nBonus Plan and generous amount of paid time off, including one Floating Holiday each year\nFlexible work arrangements, including flexible work hours \n401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance with many more optional benefits\nAssociate store discount and more perks (discounts on mobile plans, movie tickets, etc.)\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
