This role is ideal for a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams, and keeping important work moving forward.\nWhat you will be doing:\nSupport sales and customer requests by connecting with resources across Customer Service, Implementation, Pricing, Transportation, Resolution, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Staples Non-Stock Procurement. \nPartner with Sales to capture key takeaways and next steps from customer meetings and planning sessions, including sampling, account presentations, and reporting requirements. \nComplete customer dispenser requests in Salesforce and use Salesforce for activity tracking and reporting. \nRequest non-stock quotes, process special orders, research product availability, and work with buyers and vendors on back orders, pricing, parts, labels, and product needs. \nPrepare standard and custom reports and complete intermediate Excel work, including file consolidation, formatting, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas. Support dynamic sales representatives, manage requests from the team queue, and complete work using established processes and service standards. \nParticipate in weekly team meetings and contribute to project groups, current initiatives, and process improvements. \nWhat You Bring to the Table:\nComfort working in a remote model that is primarily centralized while also supporting local business needs. \nA process-minded approach and the initiative to identify and contribute to improvements. \nAdaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with minimal daily direction. \nStrong problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. \nClear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and small projects simultaneously. \nWhat’s needed: Basic Qualifications:\n1-2 years of professional experience in a support or customer service role, or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience. \nPrior sales support experience, in a distributed environment. \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nAbility to translate data into clear, actionable reports and visualizations
