This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex search challenges, collaborating across teams, and turning performance data into meaningful action.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nMonitor and analyze SEO performance, trends, and key metrics using industry-standard tools, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.\nIdentify and prioritize opportunities involving keyword optimization, page structure, internal linking, content development, and metadata.\nPartner with product management, content, UX, and digital site experience teams to incorporate SEO best practices into new templates and existing page designs.\nEvaluate site adherence to technical SEO standards, including crawlability, indexability, structured data, and overall search engine accessibility.\nCollaborate with content teams to expand keyword relevance and maximize the organic search impact of PR, social, product, and promotional content.\nWork with engineering and platform teams to validate technical SEO requirements and measure performance following deployment.\nPrepare and present SEO performance reports, project updates, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders and leadership.\nServe as an SEO subject-matter expert for internal teams and external partners or vendors.\nStay current on search trends, algorithm updates, ranking factors, and emerging SEO tools to proactively adapt strategy.\nLead portions of SEO projects, coordinate work across teams, and review deliverables to support consistent execution and scalable results.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nA self-starting, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.\nThe ability to prioritize work effectively and follow initiatives through to resolution.\nA problem-solving mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, develop hypotheses, and use data to validate conclusions.\nComfort working with performance data, trends, and experimentation and translating insights into action.\nStrong communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor recommendations for technical and nontechnical audiences.\nThe ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across product, content, UX, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.\nA strong sense of ownership and initiative, including proactively identifying issues, documenting decisions, and driving work forward.\nWhat’s needed- Basic Qualifications:\n3+ years of specialized SEO experience managing organic search performance for eCommerce or service-based websites.\nProficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.\nExperience conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and completing technical SEO audits.\nSolid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and structured data markup.\nStrong knowledge of Google algorithm updates and organic search ranking factors.\nExperience analyzing SEO metrics and developing actionable recommendations based on performance data.\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, analytics, content, and marketing teams to manage competing priorities and deliver scalable solutions.\nWhat’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.\nExperience improving SEO performance for print-related products or services.\nExperience improving local SEO performance through Google Business Profile management and optimization.\nRelevant certifications or credentials, such as Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Conductor, or GA4 skill badges.\nWe Offer:\nBonus plan and generous amount of paid time off, including one Floating Holiday each year \nFlexible work arrangements, including flexible work hours\n401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance with many more optional benefits \nAssociate store discount and more perks (discounts on mobile plans, movie tickets, etc.)\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
