The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with business acumen and a passion for turning data into impactful recommendations.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nDevelop, automate, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, revenue trends, and operational effectiveness.\nBuild and optimize data models and SQL queries to ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient reporting.\nCreate meaningful visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar business intelligence tools.\nPartner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks for strategic initiatives.\nConduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nLeverage automation and data preparation tools such as Alteryx to streamline reporting and analytics workflows.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting standardization, process optimization, and self-service analytics capabilities.\nCollaborate with IT and data governance teams to ensure data quality, integrity, compliance, and security.\nPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams to support business decision-making.\nStay current on emerging analytics technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business outcomes.\nWhat You Bring To The Table:\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nCollaborative, relationship-focused approach with strong cross-functional partnership skills.\nIntellectual curiosity and a passion for leveraging data, technology, and automation to solve business challenges.\nAbility to translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.\nWhat’s Needed- Basic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, related analytical discipline, or equivalent work experience.\n2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, or a related field.\nAdvanced SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.\nExperience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar platforms.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling.\nDemonstrated experience defining business metrics and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.\nProven ability to build and maintain scalable reporting processes and frameworks.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nWhat’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Alteryx or similar workflow automation and data preparation tools.\nFamiliarity with Snowflake, Salesforce, enterprise data warehouses, or comparable technologies.\nUnderstanding of sales performance measurement, forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline analytics.\nExperience supporting data governance initiatives or self-service analytics programs.\nExposure to project management or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.\nExperience working in a cross-functional environment supporting sales and business operations teams.\nWe Offer:\nInclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups\nFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)\nOnline and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
