grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nBuild a real feature end to end with a mentor on the platform Staples uses to list, price, and track orders on Amazon and other marketplaces: REST API, database change, user interface, tests, and release.\n\nCreate and update REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.\n\nCreate and update user interface screens in React and TypeScript.\n\nWrite SQL against Postgres and Snowflake to build and check features that use marketplace order and product data.\n\nWrite unit and integration tests and help diagnose issues in lower environments.\n\nWork in the same code reviews, CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, Azure Kubernetes), and release process as the full-time team.\n\nDemo your project to the team and business partners at the end of the summer.\n\nWhat’s needed- Basic Qualifications:\nActively pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits.\n\nCoursework or projects in Java, Python, or TypeScript.\n\nBasic SQL and relational database knowledge.\n\nFamiliar with
